Welcome to the Airdrie 2014 Alberta Summer Games
The City of Airdrie will welcome over 3,200 athletes, coaches and officials along with parents and volunteers, July 24 – 27, 2014. The athletes, ranging in age from 11-17 years, will participate in 15 sports including:

| Cycling- BMX | Cycling – Mountain Bike | Football | Lacrosse |
| Rugby | Soccer | Softball | Swimming |
| Team Handball | Triathlon | Volleyball – Beach |
But this is more than just a multi-sport competition.
There will be loads of CELEBRATIONS: Concerts and Arts & Culture Exhibitions that will take place throughout the Games.
As a community, this is our TIME TO SHINE!! Whether you choose to be a sponsor, a volunteer or a spectator, your participation will contribute to the level of success of the Games.
TORCH RELAY
Do you want to be a part of the 2014 Alberta Summer Games?
We are looking for youth (age 11-17) to carry the Torch during the Torch Relay and Opening Ceremonies to kick off the 2014 Alberta Summer Games.
If you think that you would be a good fit please complete the application form and submit by April 30, 2014.
